Product Engineer – Currently seeking computer literate, BSME degreed professional possessing 5 plus years of hands-on engineering experience preferably in the valve/fluid flow areas. ProEngineer literacy preferred. Primary responsibilities will include designing, developing and implementing new products and/or improved products for production. Secondary responsibilities may include application engineering and analyzing and resolving problems in production or customer complaints/returns.

Inspector(1st shift) – Individual needed with general inspection mathematical skills associated with machine shop environment. Must be able to read and interpret drawings and internal specifications. Must be capable of using standard inspection gauging and mechanical test equipment. Computer literacy and CMM experience a plus. This position also requires some visual inspection experience associated with welding and brazing. Qualified individual must be able to pass written qualification requirements.

Quality Assurance Specialist – Individual needed to perform a wide range of Quality Assurance activities. Will perform administrative & functional duties as either a lead auditor or auditor for both internal & vendor audit activities. These activities require some degree of travel to vendor facilities with possible overnight stays. Other duties include review of vendor documentation; maintaining material traceability & NDE logs; maintaining Approved Vendor List; performing nuclear parts dedication; and performing basic activities associated with receipt inspection, braze and weld inspection and dimensional/mechanical inspection. Must be computer literate in MRP manufacturing software, order processing systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and the use of electronic document scanning equipment. Must have some documented experience in the following: ASME/ASTM/ANSI/AMS material specification; internal and/or external auditing activities; 10CFR50-Appendix B and ISO-9001; materials, fabrication, and manufacturing processes; and special processes as they relate to welding, brazing and NDE.

Contract Administrator -- Individual needed to solicit and prepare bids, review customer specifications, coordinate responses from Engineering, QA and Manufacturing to customers at bid stage; negotiate and administer contracts and process purchase orders (contracts); establish and maintain contact with customers to ensure the smooth working of the contract award process through completion; provide product, service or equipment, technical, engineering and QA information to customers by answering questions and requests for schedules and pricing via written correspondence and telephone contact. A Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university, or 5 years of related experience and/or training required. Nuclear experience a plus.

Tool Maker (1st Shift) -- Sets up and operates machine tools, and fits and assembles parts to fabricate tools, mechanisms, and machines for experimental purposes and normal production purposes. Works from blueprints operations sheets, and verbal orders with a minimum of supervision. Position requires a good knowledge of machines and metals based on 8-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience – specifically formal tool and die making training. Journeymen or Tool Maker certificate is desirable, but not mandatory.
