The
Conval Throttling Valve has the same design philosophy and product
features that users have come to expect from Conval products.
It is designed to give years of minimum maintenance and trouble-free
service at the lowest possible ownership costs. The CLAMPSEAL®
feature minimizes downtime when replacing normal wear components
and virtually eliminates the need to remove or replace the valve
body from the line. The CLAMPSEAL® Throttling valve is designed
for a wide range of severe service applications which require
both repeatable flow control and dependable shutoff characteristics.
Trim materials are selected to give maximum erosion and corrosion
protection. Its modular construction allows many different configurations
to be assembled from stock parts assuring rapid delivery at a
reasonable cost. Both air and electric actuators are available.
